The Helix2-P cradle locks in the "up" position to prevent swinging in the wind, reducing cable fatigue and extending cable life. Since it does not use independent port and starboard motors, releveling is greatly reduced. Lubricated stainless steel ball bearings increase speed while decreasing noise, while also reducing friction on the torque tube. Sunstream's unique rubber capped aluminum Superbunks™ provide durable yet soft cushioning to protect and support your hull. Helix2-P is constructed of a thick marine grade aluminum structure to provide superior stiffness; stainless steel hardware to prevent corrosion; and industry-first optional stainless steel spindles which are ideal for salt water environments. The frame has non-slip striping on top for safety and appearance, and optional Storm Surge Inserts can be added quickly to raise your boat an additional 18".

The unique Sunstream Power System (SPS™) system enables users to select a hydraulic DC powerpack of 6hp or 12hp, which can create a system that is up to 6x faster than typical piling lift speeds. SPS also provides a backup power source for enhanced reliability with sealed non-maintenance batteries; and single powerpacks can be shared among multiple Sunstream lifts or SwiftShield Automatic Boat Cover Systems to provide a cost-effective, less cluttered power solution. Unlike other piling lifts, Helix2-P can be plugged in to an extension cord, with only 6A of 110V power (3a of 220V for international customers); and does not require 220V power mounted on the lift or routed underwater, for added safety and reliability.

Helix2-P was designed with a minimalist aesthetic to showcase your trophy. There are no visible motors, electrical work or gearboxes; pilings are low and there are no side beams, which opens up your view. Because of its unique configuration, the boat does not need need to be placed in the center of the lift, which means that Helix2-P can be installed with as little as 4 inches gap between your dock and boat, enabling easier and safer loading and unloading.

The Helix2-P advanced control system adds to the excitement and fun of boating. The smartphone app enables the lift to be controlled from a smartphone so your remote is always with you.  A reliable travel limiter eliminates the need for vulnerable and unreliable limit switches.
