Sunstream Boat Lifts Shipping Policy
Shipping Rate and Costs:
Freight cost is determined after checkout and will be included in the invoice upon shipment of the order and communicated before shipment for freight charges greater than $200.
Customers can expect to be charged:
- Between $10 – $200 for FedEx Ground service.
- Between $50 – $1000 for FedEx Priority service.
- Between $50 – $10,000 for Freight services.
Rates vary based on shipment size, weight, and distance. Rates tend to increase during the holiday season due to market freight demand.
- Shipping Options and Delivery Times:
FedEx Services: Product can be delivered in 1 – 14 business days for most items that meet the weight and dimensions criteria, depending on which service is chosen at checkout. Subject to product availability.
Freight Collect: For large orders (items that are too large or heavy to fall under parcel service criteria), the most effective freight service is determined by Sunstream after order entry. For most items, delivery can be expected within 2-6 weeks. Subject to product availability.
Will Call: If the customer elects to arrange their own shipping, it’s requested that they collect their product within 2 weeks of being notified that the order is ready. Order completion can be expected within 1-5 weeks. Subject to product availability.
Shipping is restricted to the U.S. and Canada.
- Missing or Lost Shipments:
Sunstream is not responsible for damage sustained in transit. To ensure recovery of costs due to freight damage, be sure to document any concerns found during inspection before signing for delivery. In most cases, signing the Bill of Lading without making notes of damage/missing product means acknowledging that the product arrived at your facility complete and undamaged.

Shipping is restricted to the U.S. and Canada. For shipments to Canada, the customer is responsible for customs and import duties.
